How do I change/cancel an order?

To cancel an order, simply give us a call and request to cancel. Changes to a pending order can also be made by phone; however, time of delivery may change.

 

Can I place an order online?

Currently, orders for both menus must be placed by phone.

 

Can a spouse/family member/friend accept an order on my behalf?

No. Only members with the collective can accept orders. Caregivers with the proper documents can accept orders as well.

 

Can I have my order delivered at a specific time?

To request a specific time for delivery, orders must be placed 4hrs in advance of the requested time and must be within our business hours.

 

How late can I place an order for a same day delivery?

Orders for same day delivery for Monday through Friday must be placed by 7:00 pm and 4:00 PM for Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.

 

Do you provide discounts to seniors and veterans?

Yes. A 10% discount is applied to the total. (restrictions apply)

 

Do first time patients get a gift with their first order?

Yes. A free gift is added to first time patients’ orders. Gifts may vary.

 

How can I signup to receive promotions and updates about your collective?

Once you are verified and become a member, we ask you to provide your email address which is used to communicate promotions, new products, and updates at our collective.

 

Can I choose from a selection upon arrival of delivery?

Yes. We can send up to 3 different 1/8ths for you to choose from.

 

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes we do. A stamp card is provided on your first visit and marked once by a staff member for every visit. You can claim your reward on your tenth visit. A new stamp card will be provided once your reward is redeemed.

 

Do you accept out-of-state patients?

No. All members of our collective must be California residents.

 

I don’t have a CA ID, but I am a CA Resident; can I join your collective?

Yes. We will need a different form of picture ID (preferably passport) and proof of residency (utility bill, lease agreement, bank statements…)

 

What is the wait time for delivery?

The wait time for a delivery is typically 2hrs for cities south of Redwood City, and 2.5 hrs for cities north of Redwood City. We put a daily effort to keep our wait times as short as possible; however, road conditions vary on a day-to-day basis which could sometimes affect our delivery times.

 

When you arrive to my location, do you knock on the door?

No, upon arrival, the driver will give you a call at the number provided to the dispatcher, and the patient has the choice of inviting the driver into their home or meet the driver in the car as long as a safe and discrete parking spot is available on location.

 

Can I place an order for a future date?

Yes. We accept orders up to 3 days in advance and offer a 5% discount.

 

Can you deliver to somewhere other than a residential address?

No. All deliveries are made to residential addresses.

 

Can I return/exchange my medicine?

Yes. In cases where your medicine isn’t satisfactory, contact us via phone and we will refund/exchange your order. Restrictions may apply (ask one of representatives for more details)
